刘一手 was a great choice for hot pot. The broth had deep flavor, the meat quality was good, and everything came out fresh and well-presented. I especially liked the variety of sauces and side dishes. The restaurant is comfortable for groups, and the meal felt satisfying from start to finish.

Great hot pot experience at 刘一手! The broth was rich and flavorful, the sliced beef looked fresh and cooked quickly, and the dipping sauces had a nice kick. Service was efficient, portions were generous, and the sesame balls were a tasty sweet finish. Great place for family or group dining.

I felt the quality of the food could be improved relative to the price. Personally, I would recommend Feng Xia Zhang over this restaurant. That said, I really enjoyed the conversations and time spent with my friends here, which made the experience worthwhile. The food presentation is pretty good tho.

5 of us ordered: double flavor hot pot spicy $9.95 house special $6.95 house special pork bone soup $12.95 sauce buffet $17.50 ($3.50 ea) snakedhead fillet $10.95 angus marbled beef $22.95 sliced marbled beef $17.95 sliced spring lamb $12.95 beef tongue $25.90 ($12.95 ea) beef tripe $8.95 selected balls platter $14.95 fish roe with shrimp paste $51.80 ($12.95 ea) sole fillet $9.95 tofu bean curd $5.95 crown daisy $6.95 sweet potato noodles $13.90 ($6.95 ea) enoki mushroom $6.95 fresh oyster mushroom $5.95 chinese cabbage $4.95 ea sliced prime beef $29.90 ($14.95 ea) After tip, it came to about $77 a head. Definitely on the pricier side. Service is a bit non-existent. Sauce bar could be a lot better. Also didn't realize they did a $3.50 charge per person for it. Overall, food quality was fine. For the price point, don't think it was worth it. Parking here is absolutely atrocious. If you do come, park near 85 plaza and walk over.

Came here with friends before and had a pretty good experience overall. We went on a weekday evening, and it wasn’t too crowded, so we didn’t have to wait. The environment was clean and comfortable, making it a nice place to sit and chat while eating. The food came out at a normal pace, and the staff was responsive whenever we needed something. One thing that really stood out was the large platter of meat. It looked very appetizing and was generous in portion. The meat quality was decent, not super high-end, but for the price, it felt fair and worth it. Overall, it’s a solid spot if you’re craving hot pot and want a relaxed place to catch up with friends. I’d come back again and would definitely recommend it to people in the area.
